REGULARIZATION ORDER
OPERATING LICENSE
The Operating License is a document issued by the City Hall of São Paulo, which allows commercial establishments with a population of less than 250 people to operate.
Licensing of a building that was constructed or renovated without approval, but that complies with the provisions of the legislation in force at the time of its construction.
CERTIFICATE OF GUIDELINES
This document is required for project approval when the project is classified as a generating center and is requested by the Municipal Licensing Secretariat – SEL.
Those interested in obtaining approval, renovation, change of use, or regularization of a Traffic Generating Center must file separate applications with SEL and SMT.
